We would like to point out that participation in the Exclusive Manufaktur Partner Training 2026 is at your own risk. By participating, participants agree that neither the organisers nor the partners involved are liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur during the event.
In accordance with § 276 No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), participants bear full responsibility for their own actions during the event. Any claims for damages against the organisers, sponsors or employees are hereby expressly excluded.
This exclusion of liability is legally valid under German law in accordance with § 309 No. 7a BGB. Participants are responsible for their own personal safety and the safety of their possessions.
We recommend that participants are aware of and follow all safety instructions given during the event. Participation in the event is at your own risk.

As part of this event, you will receive information about products, features and strategic initiatives that are not yet publicly available. You commit to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all trade and business secrets of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG disclosed during the training. All training materials, presentations and content are the intellectual property of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and must not be reproduced, distributed or shared with third parties without prior written consent.
By attending the Exclusive Manufaktur Partner Training 2026, the participant agrees to the production of film and photographs of their person for, inter alia, press, videos and online purposes.
The participant grants Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and lautstark GmbH the rights of use and exploitation of all pictures and recordings unrestricted in time, place and content for all media and procedures.
The assignment of rights entitles Porsche to use the resulting recordings, all or in part, any number of times for the purposes of media and film production. Porsche is entitled to transfer these rights to one or more third parties for valuable consideration or otherwise.
The participation fee is 1,850 EUR. A fee of 2,000 EUR applies in cases of violations such as early departure, late arrival or extended absences during the training days.
No cancellation fee until 31 July 2026.
50% of the participation fee for cancellations until 17 August 2026.
100% of the participation fee for cancellations from 7 September 2026.
The contract for participation is concluded exclusively between Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and the respective Porsche subsidiary and/or importer registering the participant. The participation fees will be invoiced exclusively by Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG to the respective Porsche subsidiary and/or importer via eSettlement, approximately four weeks after the training session.
